Coconut lover's dream!

Prepare brownies according to the directions for cake like brownies on the box. Let cool completely.

Using a mixer, combine unsweetened coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered sugar until all ingredients are incorporated. Spread coconut mixture over cooled brownies.

Heat heavy cream on stove top but do not allow to boil. Place chopped semi sweet chocolate in small bowl and pour hot cream over chocolate, mix well. Pour chocolate mixture over coconut topped brownies.

Allow to cool before cutting.
