Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Super easy treat that's low in calories, and fun to make with the kids!

1 pack of fresh strawberries
1 large bowl of Cool Whip
1 package of cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 packet of cheesecake flavored pudding
1 freezer bag

Optional:
crushed graham crackers, chocolate syrup

Wash strawberries, then cut a large X in the top that goes almost all of the way down to the stem. Let them dry, then chill in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.

Fold together the whipped cream and pudding mix until blended. Slowly fold in the cream cheese and vanilla. Place in freezer bag (zip locked), and chill for about 30 minutes.

Remove freezer bag from fridge, cut off a small corner, then use it to pipe the mixture into the strawberries. That's it!

If you want, you can dip the strawberries in the crushed graham crackers to make them a little more like a real cheesecake. I've also seen people pour chocolate syrup over them. But my family likes them just with the strawberries and cream cheese.
